Where Academic Rigour Meets Ground-Level Impact
Dr. Gajula Praveen Kumar represents a rare confluence of science and soil — a Ph.D. in Management, an MBA in Agribusiness, and a B.Tech in Biotechnology, all channelled into one singular mission: restoring India's agricultural heritage through natural farming.
His journey spans over a decade across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and five states — training more than 4,000 farmers in sustainable livelihoods, establishing Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), and building direct market linkages that put fair prices in farmers' hands. Trained personally by Padmashri Subhash Palekar in Zero Budget Natural Farming (ZBNF), he bridges ancient Indian wisdom — Panchagavya, Beejamrutham, Jeevamrutham — with modern agribusiness strategy.
As founder of Swach Kisan Farms Rural Development Foundation, he has published 7 research papers in international journals, been felicitated with the Best Natural Farming Practitioner award at Kisan Pragathi, and built a movement where 550+ organic farmers across Telangana grow food that is pure, traceable and trusted.
